IKS 2 consists of two houses, which are interconnected from the third floor onwards. On a total of seven floors above ground, 54 one- to four-room apartments with an average living area of 76 m2 are being built. Two commercial units will be located on the ground floor.
In terms of energy, IKS 2 is supplied via district heating. The building meets KfW 55 standards.
